Fees and Insurance

Psychotherapy rates 

$190 per individual therapy session (55 minutes)

$215 per couples therapy session (55 minutes)

Coaching Rates

ADHD support, relationship coaching, and somatic coaching services are all available at a rate of $175 per 50 minute session. 

Consultation and supervision rates

I do not have a fixed rate and am passionate about supervision and consultation. Please reach out if you are interested in working together. 

Sliding Scale

I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients who couldn’t otherwise access care. Sliding scale starts at $75 per session. Please reach out if cost is a barrier. I’d rather have the conversation than have it stop you from getting in touch.

Insurance

I am in-network with: BCBS PPO, Blue Choice Options, United/Optum, and Aetna. 

I am in the process of credentialing with Medicare and Medicaid. 

Through Headway, I’m currently able to accept a handful of additional plans. Please visit my Headway profile here (link) to see if yours is one of them. 

If your insurance is out of network, I’m happy to provide a superbill that you can submit directly to your insurer for reimbursement. To find out what your plan covers, call the number on the back of your card and ask about out of network mental health benefits – specifically: deductible, percentage reimbursed, and any session limits.
